I don’t understand why you felt the need to submit a one-star review because you didn’t get the support you wanted from a channel that exists on https://niftyplugins.com to answer sales questions but does not provide support for the Site Reviews plugin.

I checked your wordpress.org profile and you have never requested assistance for Site Reviews on the WordPress support forum.

You also do not have a Site Reviews Premium license so how can you comment on the level of support that is provided to premium users?

1. You went to https://niftyplugins.com (the website where the addons for Site Reviews are sold) and used the chat feature on the website to ask for support for the Site Review plugin.
2. You were asked to post your question on the WordPress Support forum, you were also told that if you had a premium license, you could the dedicated support for on your account page.
3. You responded:

4. In response, you were told:
   > This is not a support website for Site Reviews. The official support channel is the WordPress support forum, as stated on the Help & Support page of Site Reviews.
5. You responded:

6. You were then given a detailed answer and again were asked to post your question on the official Site Reviews support forum to get assistance:

1. They don’t have good functions

Which functions are you looking for? Since you didn’t bother to ask for help on the support forum, did you at least read the extensive shortcode documentation provided in the plugin? Did you watch the video tutorial? Did you read the Getting Started guide?

2. you can’t even get reviews for a single product

Sure you can, that’s what the review assignment feature is for. If using the shortcodes it’s as simple as adding the assigned_posts option to the shortcode like this:

[site_reviews assigned_posts="post_id"]

If you are using the Gutenberg blocks or Elementor widgets it’s even easier, just select “Current Page” from the Assigned Posts option in the block/widget settings.

3. reviews show all over the website

First of all, Site Reviews does not add anything to your pages without using one of the provided blocks, widgets, or shortcode. If reviews are showing all over your pages it’s because you added one of the blocks, widgets, or shortcodes to your page.

Secondly, if you don’t use the assigned posts option in the blocks, widgets, or shortcodes to restrict which reviews are displayed, then if will display the latest reviews regardless of post assignment.

customer service is not helpful

This is quite unfair. You DID NOT request assistance on the Site Reviews Support forum. You reached on the Nifty Plugins website on the sales chat. I told you politely that support was not provided through the chat and to please use the support forum to ask for help. You did not do this and instead posted a bad review in retaliation.

I checked the email you provided on the sales chat and you have never purchased a premium license so I’m not sure how this opinion qualifies merit.

Reviews should have function for single product but even if you can do there is lots of work to do

As explained above, adding Site Reviews functionality to your WooCommerce products is as simple as enabling the integration in the settings. The setting takes care of assigning reviews to the products (provided you are using a WooCommerce compatible theme that supports Woocommerce reviews).

If you are not using a WooCommerce reviews compatible theme, then you just have to add the blocks, widgets, or shortcodes to your product pages and make sure to use the assigned posts option on the blocks, widgets, or shortcodes.
