    Support just sends you boiler plate answers. Doesn’t care about bug reports. Won’t refund even after proving there are issues. Keep searching – there are better marketplace systems for wordpress our there that live by their word and your success.

    I had a look through your previous support requests and we provided steps to check what your issues were. You didn’t respond to any of our suggestions. We can’t help you if you don’t allow us to. Every time you had a request for support, we answered in less than 12 hours with either a direct fix to your issue or steps to debug the issue.
