Not Recommended – Core Features Not Working and Caused Project Delays

We regret purchasing this plugin as it has not worked as expected for our project.

After installation and configuration, we encountered issues with core functionality. Important features were not saving properly, which makes the system unreliable for real-world use. We shared detailed information, including a screen recording and admin access, so the issues could be reviewed directly, but the problems remain unresolved.

This project is intended for medical professionals who are not technical users, so a system that requires continuous troubleshooting is not practical. Instead of helping us move forward, the plugin has caused delays and additional workload.

We have used other booking solutions on different websites without any problems, which confirms that the issue is not related to our environment but to the plugin’s reliability in our case.

At this point, we cannot recommend this plugin. We have spent both time and money trying to make it work and are currently waiting for a resolution.
