  • So they just changed their entire paid support system to one requiring a separate log in, but existing customers can’t log in! The password reset does not work.

    These guys don’t seem to be able to do anything right, and I strongly advise clients and anyone else to seek another solution for calendars and ticketing. It would be great if it weren’t for the bugs, odd limitations, gotchas, and continually frustrating support.

    There was indeed a glitch while we migrated to our new support platform.

    If you were one of the impacted users – and of course it sounds like you were – you have our sincere apologies. We’re working with the platform provider, LiveAgent, to clear up some remaining authentication issues but, for the majority of our customers, access has been fully restored.
