# NOT RECOGNISING

 * Fantastic POS solution, but with one issue.
 * It will not recognize all the SKUs i have in my store.
    It seems to be very selective
   and as such I’m reluctant to upgrade.
 * I have an SKU, “RADON MS” and this will, with others. not be recognized when 
   typing in the information “Search Product” field.
 * As I do not use a barcode currently, it would be better to allow the field to
   search by term or similar, to bring up a list of choices.
 * Please advise.

 * We double-checked the same as your report and tried to add this SKU; there was

 * Please make sure that you did enable the `Use SKU instead of barcode` option (
   [https://ibb.co/sW9K10Y](https://ibb.co/sW9K10Y)), then clear all browser’s databases(

 * Hi
    Attempted to use it and also clear the database on several occasions. Still
   having load issues. The RADON MS appears but the application seems to struggle
   with other SKU’s. One is PHSM2.5-14. Does the app alloy search by description,
   which I did have in the previous POS system? I had to give that away as there
   was no support and it was full of bugs.

 * Also, I’d question your screen capture of the RADON MS.
 * That is nothing compared to what I get showing up.

   search by description is not available. You can narrow your search by product
   name, sku, or barcode.
 * 2. The search in your provided image displays the correct result, and we’re not
   sure what the issue is.
