 * Hi,
 * This is a very useful plug-in – thanks
 * I already have a CloudProxy account, but even though I’ve entered my CloudProxy
   API key, it is only recognised on the “Firewall (WAF)” tab. It is not recognised
   on either the “Site Info” or “Hardening” tabs. How can I fix this?
 * Also, it doesn’t seem to be recognising an htaccess rule I have blocking access
   to PHP files in wp-includes. I suspect this is because my rule is in my main
   htaccess file, rather than in a separate file inside wp-includes. Is this correct?
 * Regards,
    Lee
 * P.S. CloudProxy is awesome – I’m intending to post a five star review once I
   get these minor issue sorted.

 * Had the exact same question a few days ago; luckily, Sucuri’s support is really
   fast on their website.
 * You’re supposed to get another API key just for the plugin and its other functions(
   clicking the button inside the blue warning banner at the top).
 * As for the second question, I guess that’s how it normally works.

 * Thanks for the response AkiraLeir, but I’ve already got a separate API key for
   the plug-in and still no dice. I’ll try their on-site support – as you say it
   is very fast!

 * I am aware of the issue, ignore the warning for now, I will add a new verification
   in the next version of plugin.

 * The patch for this bug was added with changeset [1010806](https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/1010806),
   the QA team is still reviewing the changes, the new code will be released with
   a new version when they finish the tests.

 * Hi Yorman,
 * I’ve just installed the latest version and I see this is fixed now – thanks!
 * However, I am now getting a strange error message that I haven’t seen before:
 * “Sucuri: Error retrieving the WordPress core hashes, try again.”
 * This doesn’t appear to effect the functionality of the plug-in at all. I am running
   3.7.5.

 * I am also getting the error:
    Sucuri: Error retrieving the WordPress core hashes,
   try again.
 * Also in the audit logs I am seeing:
    User authentication failed: administrator
 * Multiple of these per minute.

 * Nevermind on the Audit Log portion of my post.
    Checked out the Offending IP
   and it was from CloudFlare.
 * Let me know about the “Error retrieving…”

 * [@ljmac](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ljmac/) and [@jcimb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jcimb/),
   for the error message related with the “WordPress core hashes” you can refer
   to this other ticket [1] that I created specifically to address this issue. The
   solution is explained there, and the patch was submitted to the development branch
   of the plugin, so you can either wait for a new version, or install the development
   package.
