# Not recieving 2FA code

 * 2FA has been set up on a number of users, while these users are getting asked
   for a code on login, the allocated number has not been receiving the security
   code. Thus we cannot get passed the login.

 * Wordfence does not send codes to your users when they login.
 * When users first set up 2FA on your site, they usually download an app such as
   Google Authenticator or Authy. When they are prompted from a code – they should
   go back into the app they installed and retrieve the code from there.
