    Hi @algsva, Please delete the Civist plugin and install it again. You will be asked for the email address when activating the re-installed plugin.

    Hello, I deleted the Civist plugin, installed and activated it again. But the issue was not solved. I was not asked for the email address. Immediately after activation I got the same message “Thanks For Registering With Civist / Check your inbox and verify your email address.”

    @algsva Did you use the delete function of the WordPress Plugin list or manually deleted it from the filesystem?

    @algsva that explains it. Please use the ‘delete’ function in you list of installed plugins. This will remove all Civist settings data from your database and you can start the registration again with a different email address.
