• In the test mode, used up all of the 10 credits, but none of the code was sent to phones. This is simply not working for me. And it charge the credits for failed tries.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. A transaction/credit is deducted once our system receives a valid response of delivery from the Network/Gateway Provider. If you didn’t receive an SMS on your phone then it could be due to multiple reasons. We can help you resolve this issue by getting in touch with the network/gateway provider.

    To help us look into the issue would it be possible for you to email the numbers that you tried sending the SMS to, at info@miniorange.com? We will refund your account with the 10 free credits that you used up for further testing as well.
