# Not receiving Support

 * Hello, we have purchased the PRO version and I have tried over the last several
   weeks to reach out to Natalie, or whomever sits behind the email of [support@woobewoo.zendesk.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-receiving-support/support@woobewoo.zendesk.com?output_format=md).
 * I am having a hard time integrating this plugin the way I would like to integrate
   it.
 * How can I go about getting answers if no one is returning my email?
 * EDIT: sorry, I just realized I need support for product table, not product filter,
   but the email is one and the same is it not?
