    I renewed my subscription on 3/2 and have tried to contact customer service twice with no response. (I have confirmation emails for those support tickets.) I’ve also tried to cancel my subscription and it has been marked “pending cancellation” for well over a week with no confirmation that there was an attempt to cancel or that the cancellation would go through. I understand that direct support is only given to those with an active license… which I believe I have considering I tried to contact the company twice directly after renewing my subscription and “still have” considering my subscription has not actually been canceled yet. I’m very confused as to how to get help with this, hence posting on this thread in hopes that I will be able to speak with someone.

    Hi @bvarner, very sorry to hear your tickets haven’t been getting through to our premium support. Definitely not our intention to ignore you (and we wouldn’t ever flat out ignore anyone active license or not) so I’d like to get to the bottom of this.

    We’ve cleared our inboxes many many times over since that date so I’m wondering if maybe it’s getting caught up in our spam filters, or not sending through properly.

    Something that also happens from time to time is our replies get caught in spam on your end. Could you check for me? Usually we reply within 24-48 hrs max.

    If you can let me know the name you sent this under? I will look into this personally for you.
