I renewed my subscription on 3/2 and have tried to contact customer service twice with no response. (I have confirmation emails for those support tickets.) I’ve also tried to cancel my subscription and it has been marked “pending cancellation” for well over a week with no confirmation that there was an attempt to cancel or that the cancellation would go through. I understand that direct support is only given to those with an active license… which I believe I have considering I tried to contact the company twice directly after renewing my subscription and “still have” considering my subscription has not actually been canceled yet. I’m very confused as to how to get help with this, hence posting on this thread in hopes that I will be able to speak with someone.
