[resolved] Not Receiving Phone Number, Email or Notes from Clients (4 posts)

    I request that my clients include certain details in the notes section that I need to see. However, I am never able to view them. I also never see the client's email address or phone number.

    I only get a copy of what was sent to my client. How can I view the notes I ask my clients to leave?

    Hi @csharned,

    I hope you are well today.

    You can view these details from the following path.

    Admin area -> Appointments -> Appointments -> Active / Pending / Completed / Reserved by GCal / Removed appointments

    Is there any way to have that information sent as part of the email to the admin? If not, then this will totally work as well.

    You can customize the code that sends email to the admin to include this information in the email as described in the following pages.
