    Hello,

    Thanks for this easy-to-setup plugin. However, when I try to test it using my email addresses, I could not get it to work as expected.

    When I submit a valid email address, it returns a Thank you for subscribing. Check your email for the confirmation message. but does not send an email to the address. Address does not get added into the MailChimp audience either.

    Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

  • If it’s any help, I am using Zoho for email hosting. I configured some MX and TXT records when setting it up.

    Hey @chevindu,

    Sorry for the late response we’ve been away for the holiday. It looks like you’re using Contact Form 7 instead of the forms provided by Easy Forms. Have you followed this knowledge base article to configure your forms to work with Contact Form 7?

    Hey,

    Actually I had the plugin deactivated because I couldn’t get it to work as expected. Weirdly enough, when I tried to implement it now using the form builder within the plugin, it worked. I can successfully send and receive double opt-in emails now.

    That’s awesome! If you run into more problems that knowledge base has a ton of resources to show you how to everything with the plugin.
