Not receiving new-subscriber emails

    In Email Settings we have selected “Send Admins notifications for new: Subscriptions”

    As I understand, we should receive an email notifying us of a new Subscriber. But we are not receiving these.

    Who is supposed to receive these emails: the Post Author, or the Site Admins? From what address are such notification emails sent?

    If you have set to “Both” the email reaches the user, then he must confirm the subscription. Then comes the motivation to the admin.
