Not receiving mails by Users

    Hi Team,

    I have installed this plugin in my test Domain. It is working fine and all emails are received by users, But when I have activated the plugin in the LIVE domain, Users are not receiving any emails.

    Could you please let me know the debug process.so that I can find the root cause.
