    Hello
    I have received almost 70 live form submissions over the last 2 weeks with PayPal payments, however sometimes (about 5 so far), we have received only the PayPal payment. The form is not received by admin, and it is not showing up under submissions in the dashboard. The money has successful gone through. The missing submissions are not consecutive either. It has been seemingly random. I suspected a caching issue since we made a couple of changes to the form after it went live. I turned on “Load form using AJAX” and “Prevent page caching on forms” as suggested in other posts. Since I did that, we received 1 payment WITHOUT the form submission, and 2 payments WITH the form submission. Can you please review the site and make any other suggestions on how to solve this random occurrence. Thank you.-Adam

    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    Did you test the form on the latest version 1.14.7?

    We fixed some similar issues on this version:

    Improvement: PayPal payment successful but submission not stored.

    I did the update on Thursday, but unfortunately we are still having the problem. Since the update, we received 6 payments but only 1 form submission. I was really liking the this plugin, but this is a real big problem and my client is not happy. What can we do about this ASAP? I can give you access to the dashboard if needed.

    Thanks. I eliminated the reCaptchav3 module from the contact form on the the 28th. Since then, it seems we have been receiving all submissions and payments. I am not 100% convinced that was the problem as it’s only been a few days, but we have gotten about 20 submissions. I will reach out via email if the problem occurs again.

    Thank you for the heads up and letting us know. This looks to be something specific though. I went ahead and made a few tests with the Recaptcha on forums and I could not replicate the same.

    Should you face this again, or in current case too, kindly write to us as suggested by my colleague.
