[resolved] Not Receiving Emails of Submissions (2 posts)

    As of today, I am not receiving emails of the submissions to my website. The only reason I knew that a submission had been made today was because I just happened to check the Submissions section of the plugin menu in WP. I don't usually do that, because I rely on the submissions being emailed to the email address that I specified in the settings. I have never changed any coding for this plugin. The only plugin that I installed today was Flexible Frontend Login, which, I believe, should not conflict. Please help!

    Dear customer,

    Sorry for late answer.
    First of all please make sure the email is not filtered to the spam or junk email folder.
    - Try using another email address (preferably one with the same domain as your site)
    - WordPress uses PHP mail. Perhaps your hosting does not have sendmail enabled. Please contact your hosting provider.
    - Alternatively, you can use SMTP, which should always work.

    You can use this plugin for example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/
    Setting up an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. But GMail requires authentication.

    Mailer: smtp
    SMTP Authentication: yes
    SMTP Security: SSL
    SMTP Port: 465
    SMTP Username: your gmail full address
    SMTP Password: your gmail password
    SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
