Not Receiving Emails From Contact Forms

I am attempting to create a contact form and receive emails when it is submitted.

I have tried the following plugins –
Jetpack contact forms
Contact form seven

I am not receiving emails when using either form.

I am using a hosted email address ie – info@mydomain.com

It may be worth noting that I have changed my admin email address from when I originally set-up wordpress. The new email “info@mydomain.com” is listed as the notification address (settings > general > email address) and as the admin user address (users > your profile > contact info > email).

I have checked my spam folder.

When using Jetpack the form submissions were listed in my feedback section but not sent to my email address. I also tried the option to send to manually enter a ‘send to’ email and subject line. This also did not work.

Both Jetpack and Contact form 7 showed confirmation that the email had been sent on the page after submitting the forms.
