should i contact godaddy and see if they can fix it ?

I’m having a similar problem. My problem is that my e-mail rejects anything coming from GoDaddy, as they see it as spam. Right now I finally got the messages sent from my contact form to be sent to my wordpress@domainname.com that I had to create. However, even a redirect from that e-mail to my existing e-mail gets rejected, however at least I can see my messages there. After speaking to someone at go daddy they said they are having issues with e-mail seeing their IP as spam. Their logs are showing the messages being rejected. If I can’t find a way to fix it, I’ll eventually leave GoDaddy, because I’ve had way too many problems with them.

So you were not able to resolve it even with Godaddy help?

CF7 works on others site i host with Godaddy however this one is having the problem….

No, they told me that they’ve been having problems with hotmail and other e-mails seeing godaddy’s ip address as spam and is blacklisted. What I finally did is direct it to my wordpress@domainname.com account, forwarded it to my gmail account that I don’t use, and then forwarded again to my hotmail account. Now works like a charm. However, I’m not a fan of having to delete all the e-mails in every account. Eventually I’ll switch to a different host.

Can you please provide on the steps to on how you managed to redirect it? I would like to do it on one of my site? Did you use an SMTP plugin?

Is anyone having this same type of issue with Google App hosted emails ? We’re unable to use “info@our-domain-name.com” to send contact form submissions to. Currently have to send them to a made-up gmail.com address and then in that account’s configuration, have an automatic-forwarding set up that copies it to “info@our-domain-name.com” !

I manage sites that are all using CF7. All the sites are having this same issue including one I just launched the day before yesterday.

Has there been any word from the Developer on when we can expect a FIX?

If anyone has figured out a successful and seamless workaround please advise, thank you so much.

    Hi All

Can I complicate the issue a little more. For testing CF7 4.4.1 on my WP site I use two Hotmail Accounts. One gets the emails OK and other puts them in the Junk folder. The Hotmail account that works uses the older interface & the one that doesn’t the newer (upgraded ???) interface. Just wondering if this a Spam filtering issue with different filters for each interface.

Originally no emails were successfully received by either Hotmail account, they just went into the Junk folder. Things improved when the Domain name was included as part of the sending sending email ie person1@domain.com.au

I could use the multi redirection idea suggested by ‘timbearden’, but I use the CF7 Selection option to select one of 6 destinations. Setting up and maintaining 6 messy re-direction system would be a nightmare. I have spent many hours trying to sort this out, but seem to be getting nowhere.

From my reading it appears that I might have to go down the SMPT road, but I get the impression this can be difficult to setup.
