Not receiving emails

  • Hello,

    I just updated all CF7 and we are not receiving emails since the update. I get the green bordered “Sent Successfully” and checked my spam for anything and nothing. Searched around quite a bit and tried various combination of emails etc and cannot figure it out.

    Yes, I read through that carefully and now realize that after a major update, the WP reset login doesn’t work. I applied the functions etc of that article you linked to and still not working.

    The developer I’m working with feels there’s a type of filter maybe that GoDaddy has applied to the hosted account.

    Not looking forward to calling GoDaddy if I can help it. Is there any other options I have besides reinstalling WP which I’ve done twice.

    Consider changing your hosting away from GoDaddy.

    GoDaddy is frequently complained about it in regards to WordPress hosting in the WordPress LinkedIn Group. If you are using your site for professional purposes you should definitely consider this.

    Nevertheless you or your developer (if you are not highly skilled) contacting GoDaddy is probably your best initial option.
