I’m sorry about this issue with Forminator.
Can you tell me if you are using an SMTP plugin? If not can you try configuring one and see if this helps (you can use our Branda to do that).
If that won’t help can you check with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ if emails are going out or there are errors.

Thanks for your help. I just intalled Branda as you suggested, but still don’t received any notifications. Is there aany specific set up I need to do?
As per the other plugin, it appears in the log as sent, but still didn’t receive anything

Hi @georginapalma,
If the log is showing the email as sent that means that Forminator “did its thing” and fired up the function to send the email.
If the email didn’t get sent I’m afraid that this would mean that your email functionality, or email service is not working as it should, or that the emails ended up in Spam/Junk folder.
You mentioned that you’ve installed Branda, did you also configure Branda > Emails > SMTP after installation?
