    I have an in-post campaign set up on my site and I have entered my email address in the Email Notification of New Lead box in the After Conversion section. When I set this up on the staging version of my site it worked perfectly. I received an email after every single submission of the form. Now on my live site, I am not receiving the emails at all. I am just using Lead Bank to collect leads for now. If I want to see any of my leads I have to go download the CSV file on my Lead Bank page. Any idea why it’s not working?

    Your server is responsible for delivery emails. It’s likely they ended up in your SPAM or JUNK in your email box.

    If you can’t find them there, it is likely your website is unable to send email. A quick way to check this is to do a password reset and see if you get the email to reset your password.
