Not receiving email notification from Contact Us section

Hello,
I am no longer receiving email notifications when customers submit a form using the Contact Us section of my website. The last notification I received was on Monday, Sept. 19. I have a record of the contact form stored on my WordPress database, so I know there was a submission. I recently installed the Zerif Lite Transition Plugin as instructed. I receive all other incoming emails.
