Not receiving confirmation email with domain email addresses

    I set up the Opt In plugin and tested it out with several different email address. It worked fine with gmail and hotmail but it does not send the confirmation email to domain email addresses. Is there a reason for this or some setting that I need to change?

    Hi Andrea,

    Optin Forms is only helping you collect email addresses. Your email service provider (such as AWeber, MailChimp, GetResponse) is the one sending out confirmation emails, so it would be best to contact their support and see why this is happening.

    OK, thanks. I’ve sent an email to Mailchimp to see if they can correct it.
