    Good Day,
    I am not receiving the booking form details via email. I have received payment emails from PayPal, but not the booking details emails, so I can’t know what people are paying for. Also, no booking has been recorded on site, only the ones that we tested.

    Can someone help, or point me in the right direction to solve this.

    Hi @sergioz,

    There might be a number of reasons why you do not receive a PayPal booking email from your site:

    1. Hosting Issue: Are you getting emails from other sources on your website – through Contact Form 7 and other email platforms? If no, your hosting has blocked wp_mail feature. Contact your hosting company regarding the issue and once everything is set up, you can try adding any SMTP plugins like s/easy-wp-smtp/ and configure it according to your requirement. This will fix your issue.

    2. PayPal ID: WP Travel Engine strongly recommends that you enter a valid Merchant account ID over PayPal account email address. If you are using emails, try switching to PayPal Merchant Account ID.

    3. Currency Codes: Please make sure that the currency that you are using in your site is accepted by PayPal API. Please check – to find if your currency is accepted.




    I have not fixed this problem with our website. We just got payments from Paypal, but no booking emails. We are pretty much lost in this.
