    Hi,

    I have not been receiving booking emails when clients did bookings through my website. I’ve checked the emails, paypal settings/ IPN settings, tested using sendmail.php, downloaded wp-smtp plugin, but I still didn’t receive any emails.

    The email I’m using is not a public service email, it’s the website domain email. Yet, I still didnt receive any email.

    What could be the cause of this? My plugin is up to date.

    Hi,

    The plugin uses the settings specified into the WordPress website to deliver the emails, if your hosting has some specific requirements like a fixed “from” address or a custom “SMTP” server those settings must be configured into the WordPress website.

    The SMTP plugins usually have a test email feature. Do you receive the test email sent that way? Please check that.

    @giordx My site do not have any CF7 forms.

    @codepeople The SMTP settings already been filled up, and I’ve already use that test email feature. It did go through, I received the test email.

    Hi,

    Ok, if the test email went through then the email delivery from your website is working. In that case please check the IPN History into your PayPal account to check what it says about the transactions were no email was sent.
