• I have the paid version of the Booking Calendar (Business small singleSite 8.3.1). When I’m approving a reservation there should be an approval email sent to the customers email address given in the booking form. The address is taken into the booking data ([content]) and then sent to the booking admin via email, and so far everything is ok. But the approval email which should go to that given customers address does not leave but instead I get an error message ‘Invalid “To” e-mail address “<>”‘. And if I send a copy (cc) of the approval email message to the same given address it goes to that destination.

I have the Post SMTP plugin configured, php version is 7.0, and the correct emails are enabled. WP version is 4.9.8 and the running theme is Avada. Anyone got ideas/help for this?

  • Hello.
No, you must to use shortcode as in my previous comment.

To prevent of auto filling the email field by admin email (when you logged in to admin panel), please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Form section uncheck the “Auto fill fields” option.

Please ask more questions about plugin here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/support/
