# Not receiving admin emails

 * Hi,
    The person signing up for a booking gets an email just fine, but the same
   screen where the visitor’s email is defined, you have below that an email for
   the administrator. I have created the format of the email in there but no email
   address defined in the site gets an email when a visitor makes a booking. Do 
   we need to define that somewhere?

   problems.
    Check if the values ​​of the following items are correct in the “Setting”
   tab on Booking Package > Calendar Setting > Your calendar.
    - To (Email Address)
    - From (Email Title)
    - From (Email Address)
 * Also, check if your email is treated as spam.

 * Thank you for quickly testing that. There is no documentation for those fields
   and I didn’t know what those fields were specifically for. Are those fields specifically
   for the administration emails?

   expected.
