# Not receiving admin e-mails

 * Hi,
 * I have installed this plugin and when I create a ticket the “creator” receives
   an e-mail confirming the creation of the ticket, but the “admin”, who should 
   receive the notice, does not.
 * Creator receives the e-mail with an address [xxxx@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-receiving-admin-e-mails/xxxx@gmail.com?output_format=md),
   and admin should receive it with [xxxxx@domain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-receiving-admin-e-mails/xxxxx@domain.com?output_format=md),
   where domain.com e-mail is with Google Apps.
