# Not receiving 2FA code

 * Hi, I’m trying to log into my Wordfence account. After I enter my username and
   password, it asks for a 2FA code. However, I’m not receiving any code on my cell
   phone. Can someone help me get into my account?

 * The Wordfence.com 2FA uses the app-based TOTP method. Are you checking your app-
   based Google Authenticator or a similar authenticator app for the code? The code
   you’ll want to enter will likely be titled something like Wordfence2FA.
 * Also, once you’re in the site you may consider downloading some Recovery Codes.
