Not really good aftersales, and bad premium support

We purchased their plug ins, and we didn’t get the licence key, not until a month after and follow ups. We got the plug in installed, but throughout the times we needed support as part of their ‘premium support’ for purchasing an annual plan, we only got a number of replies, and they don’t reply right away. They don’t deliver their pro service.
