    I hate developers that do this, I really do. It's not REALLY free. Sure, there's some limited use, but to really get any value out of it they think you should pay monthly for it. Premium Best value for WHAT? Letting me use it hosted on my own site? One star for being deceitful and wasting my time.

    I understand your disappointment though.

    I guess the disappointment is primarily because you think of us a feedback only tool. We are a far more robust on-site customer engagement toolkit. Please take a look at these use-cases, and you'd know what am I talking about - #WebEngageLive

    Totally agree npinc, bait an switch, no matter how minor is a turn off. SO tired of plugins who fail to mention up-front and center that you need to sign up for ANOTHER account with a password.

    Think I will pass on this plugin. If the developers are smart they will listen to THIS feedback, or in an act of irony totally disregard it and/or rationalize.
