Not real time, not mobile friendly

With the majority of my customers using a SmartPhone, this plugin just doesn’t cut the mustard. And I had to wait forever for it to produce a heatmap (queing, queing). We really need a real time heatmap where we don’t have to wait. LO (Lucky Orange) takes screenshots and then overlays the heat or playback on that, not really great for those that have sites that adjust based on media queries, there is no way to shrink the browser to see where the clicks went and then back to a desktop view. And the trial period is just 7 days. I am still waiting for it to generate a heatmap (queing). So it really is LO on my list of heatmap and playback services.
