Sorry to hear that. I have already contacted the Propovoice team on several occasions and they have always given a very quick solution. They even added all the features I asked them. Propovoice is a good company

Good for you. They have been very slow for me, in my opinion. And it doesn’t matter if the company is good if the product is buggy and would drive your client to be mad about it, then, business-wise, it wouldn’t be good at all. Remember, we buy into a “production-ready” product and support.
Good to know they were able to accommodate your requests. As for me, I don’t even know if the ideas/suggestions I submitted on their roadmap have been listed. I tried submitting 2 to no avail. The platform they’re using for their roadmap isn’t good at all.
