I’m having the same problem @jonboy76! I purchased the PRO plan and am hoping to get my ticket responded to by tomorrow.
However, I did receive an e-mail after the payment was made– however the registration link to direct back to the site didn’t work. If I hear back I’ll let you know.

Did you check your spam folder to verify it’s not there either?
If you’re not getting the signup confirmation email after paying, then there may be a deliverability issue.

Do the suggested troubleshooting and see if it helps.

Still having email issues I’m afraid. Not sure what the problem is.
Also once successfully through paypal checkout is there not an option for customer to be redirected to registration page? At the moment paid up members get directed to a page saying……. (and obviously not getting the email at the moment)

I strongly suggest deactivating the WP Mail SMTP plugin (if you have it installed), and instead installing and activating the Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log plugin. The latter has fixed numerous issue like this and, even if it can’t, its logging capability might help you identify the cause of the problem.
Hi fellas
Not sure what I did but I have had the sign up process work but only once. Came successfully through paypal, registration email arrived and was added to my mail chimp list. Was a one off though, further tests have reverted to the previous state and no email coming through.
Any further ideas?

Have you installed the Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log plugin? What do its logs say?

So installed Postman mailer, ran a test and hey presto the process worked great. Tried again and another failure. I’m looking at the logs but that only records the emails that got sent and I know about those. Anything else I can check/do?

arggg I thought I had logging turned on but apparently not. I’ll try again :/
All I’ve done since turning on the logging is run a test purchase so I’m assuming the relevant info is there I just have no idea what I’m looking at………..ahhhhh, maybe I do. Just seen something as I looking to ask which log to look at.

[1] => Note. This can sometimes happen when/if you are offering an Initial/Trial Period. There are times when a Payment Gateway will NOT supply s2Member with any data immediately after checkout. When/if this happens, s2Member must process the transaction via IPN only (i.e., behind-the-scene), and the Customer must wait for Email Confirmation in these cases.
I have been running tests using a free trial period, maybe this is the problem. We shall see!
