• Hello,

We’re using BadgeOS to push badges that are earned by our members to Credly. We know BadgeOS works because when we create a new badge in WordPress it’s created within our Credly account. The issue is when our member earns their badge it doesn’t show up in Credly within the “Given to” area of the badge page and the email from our WordPress site isn’t sent to them letting them know they received the badge.

We’re also using LearnDash with Infusionsoft for tags.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
    CC

    Hi CC,

Thank you for your patience with this one. I am honestly not sure what’s going on here. We know there’s at least some communication going on because the achievements show up, but I really don’t know why the other parts are in the areas mentioned. If the data is just not getting sent with the request, then that’s definitely something going on on the side of the plugin itself, but if it is showing up, then the plugin can’t control what the Credly site does with it. Not sure if they’ve changed where data should be sent to, so it is theoretically possible that things are just mis-aligned at the moment.

I just don’t have any sort of solid answers to go with here, and I wish I did.

Did you ever find a resolution to this? We are experiencing the same thing. Certificates are awarded, but Badges do not get sent to Credly, even though I can see in the log that the student unlocked it.
