Not properly updating

So I hit the update link, it seemed to update but it still shows .16 and I needed to update.
I tried deactivating and deleting, then installing wp sweep again, It said .17 but when I installed…same issue.
I then deleted it, I did the old fashioned way to manually download the .zip file…….same issue.
Yes I know how to update things. I’ve been around since WP 1.5.

I think this is an issue over at WP, I also experience the same thing. Just give it a day.
The code itself is already refering to 1.1.7, see https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wp-sweep/tags/1.1.7/wp-sweep.php
