 * I just installed your plugin and i imported your sample pipe, but when i click
   test nothing happens. It just hangs on:

 * I also checked the settings en nothing is wrong. Do you have any idea why it’s
   not processing?

 * Please update Pipes with out latest version 1.14 as **Thong Tran** said, then
   go to **Pipes**>>**All Pipes** and find the button <<**Import Sample Pipe**>>(
   which is right under the <<**Create a new Pipe**>> button).
 * If you are still unable to import the pipe, please go to **Pipes**>>**Settings**
   and check if your environment meets [WP Pipes System Requirements](http://wpbriz.com/wp-pipes-system-requirements/).

 * I have installed the v 1.14
 * As per the settings page of the plug-in, all the system requirements are met.
 * <<Import Sample Pipe>> button is not found on the screen
 * Also, <<Create a new Pipe>> button is not there….instead of it an <<Add New>>
   button is there.
 * When I try to import the previous pipe, a message is displayed – “The file has
   not content”
 * When I create a new pipe, only one post is made even if I set the Limit Item 
   to 10

 * After performing an upgrade to the latest version, there was no change. However,
   there was a bit of improvement in the UI once I uninstalled pipes altogether 
   and reinstalled it. When I try to test the built in example pipe now, it freezes
   after the first imported one:

 * Hello **battleship**,
    We’ve installed a fresh and clean WordPress site to test
   our latest Pipes version, but nothing strange happened. The sample pipe still
   ran smoothly on both the clean site: [https://www.diigo.com/item/p/qrrqpoezcaoecproozbdcqcdrd](https://www.diigo.com/item/p/qrrqpoezcaoecproozbdcqcdrd)
 * I’ve also uninstalled my old Pipes to reinstalled a new one from Worpress.org.
   It was the same and the operation of this sample pipe was still ok on my side.
 * In the result above we’ve noted that the new post this pipe was supposed to create
   was [Ignored] becaused of [Duplicate -id:125]. Maybe you should trash all previous
   posts that have the same Source with the sample pipe and give it one more try.

    Probably that panel has been dismissed some time before.
   Please backup all your pipes and re-install the new WP Pipes version on WordPress.
   org, then open your <<**Screen Options**>> and check the option shown in the 
   below image to open the Guideline panel. Please let us know if you are still 
   unable to import the sample pipe after that.

 * All posts I had on my site were in the trash before I ran that last test that
   hung/failed to import more articles. I removed the pipe, permanently deleted 
   all posts on my site, re-imported the example pipe, clicked the test button and
   it still hung with:

    There maybe something not compatible
   between wppipes and your systems. Please turn on debug mode of your wordpress
   site. Then try to run the pipes. If you get any messages, please let us know.
