Not Possible to get help on Tesla Theme

Hello,

You acquired Tesla Theme in June 2017. About a month ago I created an issue that was not answered since then. I am not able to login into imagely.freshdesk.com any more. It advise it me to contact administrator.

I tried contact form on imagely.com and teslatheme.com but did not get any reactions so far.

Could you, please, help.

I dropped you another message via the form linked in your post (for the third time, I believe) and I really hope that you’ll reply.

For a month or so I’ve been only getting notifications that my messages were received.

@alexvesna – That ticket does not exist pointing to the possibility of your account being inadvertently marked as spam … do you have any other references? Have you submitted any recent support requests/bug reports/contact forms?

I just submit another ticket through tesla themes website but I haven’t got any confirmation that it was received.
