Our ticket number to support 918547

https://snipshot.io/l1nxO4E.png The screenshot shows that tab which disappears quickly. So, we don’t have time to fill it in. It is like an half second splash screen.

Latest version of your plugin + of woocommerce.

We test on an empty site with those 2 plugins. It doesn’t work.

It is not possible to enter api info.

    Please help to fix this.

    Hi @mojo212,

Thank you for considering Airwallex. To proceed, please connect your Airwallex account using your login credentials by clicking on “Connect Account.”

For your convenience, we’ve attached a screenshot based on yours as a reference. https://snipshot.io/I1ujXAY.png

    Hi

It doesn’t work even if i do use the right credentials.

    Please see: https://paste.pics/0bc96dafdd7ec453b0c6730a28629147

    So concretely:

    • the plugin doesn’t show the fields to enter api key
    • clicking “connect account” and filling the credentials into the login page witth google authentificator

    do not work.

    I’m stuck.

    You may email us also.

    Hi @mojo212

    1. May I ask what region you are logging in from? Also if you are the admin of the Airwallex account?
    2. Can you click on back to login? You should be able to see the fields to enter your API keys

    Thanks,

    The Airwallex Team

    Hi

    1. Luxembourg
    2. I am the admin.
    3. I cleared my browser cache. It doesn’t work. I still have the same answer:

Your don’t have permission to perform the next steps. Please check that the account you intend to connect meets the two criteria below and try again later. You must have the Admin or Owner role for this account. The application must be accessible for use within your jurisdiction

I suggest that you email me from your corporate email and then, I’ll send you our WordPress credentials to access our admin. Maybe you have a patch for the plugin.

    Please advise.

    Hi @mojo212

    Thanks for your patience.
Do let me suggest one last step to try
    1. When you click “Back to login” on that page, do you see fields to enter your api keys now in the settings page?

    Thanks,

    Hi

Once i get the failure message, I click back to login: i see https://snipfly.io/yR41bR2.jpg

That means i am clearly not logged in.

If I click “Return to WoocommerceAirwallex” the top left link, then, I am back to the admin panel. I still see “connect account”.

However, there is no field to insert the credentials.

    Please advise.

    Hi @mojo212

We’ve released a new version of the app that addresses this issue. You should now see two fields allowing you to use API keys as an alternative, in case you’re unable to log in with your account credentials. Do let us know if you still face any issues!

    Thanks,

    The Airwallex Team
