  • One can edit most things but although I have tried turning off ‘Make Ticket Public’ it is sometimes used. It doesn’t seem possible to edit this once selected which means deleting ticket and creating a new one.

    Backend:

    *If enabled, users will be able to make a ticket public/private from front end.
    Allow users to make a ticket public/private from front end.

    *If users are allowed to make a ticket public/private this will be the selected type for ticket. If user is not allowed to select ticket type from front end then this will be the type of the ticket created from front end.
    Default Ticket Type: use Private

    Then user can tick box to select ‘Public’ which doesn’t really seem to be the objective.
