Could you please look at your mysql error log? I’m sorry, but network activations seem to work fine in our dev environment, so a little hint could probably point us into the right direction 😉

Thank you Camu for looking into this!
I am sorry to inform you that the MySQL error log is empty (their are just some initialization messages in the log). No errors has been logged.
Should I try and uninstall Slimstat and install it again?
I do not want all our blogs in our network to lose their stats, will that happen if I uninstall and re-install Slimstat?
Or is their anything else I can do to debug this error?
I just noticed that all stats has stopped working. Even for all blogs that was activated in earlier versions of Slimstat, i.e. Slimstat has stopped working completely after the update.
Is it possible to rollback to an earlier version of Slimstat and keep the data intact?

YES! Don’t uninstall SlimStat or you will lose all your stats!

Without an error message of some sort, you can understand that it’s really hard to see what the problem could be. Especially since it’s working on our test box.

Yes, just overwrite the files on your server. DO NOT UNINSTALL. Previous versions can be downloaded here:

I tried to install an older version but it was not possible:
Unpacking the package …
Installing extension …
Destination folder already exists. / var / www / wordpress / wp-content / plugins / wp-slim state /
Installation of the extension failed.
In that case you will need to overwrite the files using FTP.

After downgrading to Slimstat 3.5.5 everything works perfectly again!
Upgrading to 3.5.6 or 3.5.7 and everything just stops working. I do not know why but you have some kind of bug in 3.5.6 and 3.5.7
And no errors in your mysql log file? Really weird.
Can you post the table structure of wp_slim_* tables? Or send us a message at

Thanks,
Camu

Sorry, but it seems like the problem still exists. When activating Slimstat version 3.5.8 for new blogs, Slimstat doesn’t start collecting data. So now we need to downgrade to 3.5.5 again 🙁
If you don’t give us some more information, it’s quite hard to figure out why this happens.

Hi.
Currently we have not network activated Slimstat.
We activate Slimstat for those blogs that needs stats but after activating no stats is captured.
Exactly what information do you need?
Version 3.5.9 should finally solve this issue. Thank you for your patience.

I am sorry but 3.5.9 did not fix this problem. No stats are being captured for new blogs. Downgrading to 3.5.5. again. 🙁
