    I am really disappointed as I can’t pay the pro version of this plugin as they don’t “Support Paypal for various reasons” is what they claim. For many people, the favorite payment option is Paypal currently with more than 244 million users. And I am one of those. PayPal can also be used in more than 200 countries. I just can’t believe this plugin doesn’t support it. And Please explain what are your reasons. And I might change my review.

    Hi;

    I’m not sure what relevance leaving a 1-star review is here. Many people find that the free plugin meets their needs, so the choice of payment gateway when purchasing a pro add-on has no relevance to the usefulness of otherwise of the free plugin. I’d ask you to reconsider your review purely on the basis of that.

    As I said in reply to your support ticket, there are many reasons we feel that other payment providers are more suitable than PayPal for our business (some financial, some process, some features), but that’s not something I feel is appropriate to justify in detail a public forum.

    Hi.

    For a company, PayPal might not be reliable (fees? withdraws?), but a company is not all about itself but the customers. when a company provides what the customers want then it has more chances to be successful (of course always considering winning and not losing). because once again it’s about the customers.
    I find PayPal very reliable from a customer perspective, even more, when a Person purchases loads of products & services, subscriptions online. Now I am not sure whether you know what PayPal is.

    And about the plugin. The free version used to be good but now it’s pretty basic as the plugin now suggest strings only in the pay version. I do think that the pay version could save you time if I’m not wrong as I haven’t tested it yet and seems like I’m not going to be able to do it.

    If you want me to reconsider my review please let me know where else can I leave this review.

    Thanks.

    Regards.

    That’s always been the case, the free plugin has never done string discovery.

    https://plugins.leewillis.co.uk/downloads/say-what-pro/#reviews would be a more appropriate place.
