Not omitting results

Good morning,

I have installed your plugin, however when I search for something within a category, I am shown results from the entire site.

e.g if I search for Chelmsford within the whole site I get the following results

http://www.insidetime.org/?s=Chelmsford

However, if I searching using the widget plugin within a category which I know does not have any posts with the word Chelmsford http://screencast.com/t/bN6VEZfbD0yl
I get the same results as before…

http://www.insidetime.org/?s=Chelmsford&cat=346
