    Ninja was amazing when it first came out with its revolutionary form building interface but lately it’s more trouble than it’s worth and other form builders have caught up in terms of the editing UI. The Gutenberg block doesn’t render well at all. There are constant security issues. The data is stored in a way that often screws up WP Migrate Pro. Document uploaded has been broken for months and we are still waiting for a fix. The website takes forever to get logged into and is confusing. And you need a million add-ons to do anything. I’ve switched to Gravity after a decade of loyalty.

    Have you updated to Ninja Forms version 3.10.0 yet? It was released a week ago and fixed the uploads problem. It took a little longer than anticipated to release as we went through an additional round of QA to make sure it didn’t cause any issues.

    If you prefer not to, then we thank you for being a part of the Ninja Forms community and hope we can serve you again someday.
