    Hello,

    I’m a Paid Memberships Pro (Plus) user and chose this Import plugin because I saw online that PMPro wanted to make sure it worked with their plugin. I also have the PMPro Network add-on so that members can purchase subsites (of the multisite).

    This Import Users from CSV plugin worked fine on the primary site but did not show up in the Dashboard (under Users) on the subsite for Administrator. Nor was it visible in the plugin list of the subsite.

    I have since deleted this plugin and installed “Import Users from CSV with Meta”. That plugin is visible in the plugin list of the subsite, where it can be activated for the subsite.

    I thought you might like to know this problem. It seems to me that your plugin is not multisite compatible and therefore not great for any PMPro Plus members with the Network add-on.

    Thanks for trying the Import Users From CSV plugin. I have (fairly recently) taken over this plugin from another developer to ensure this will stay in “working” order. This may not guarantee that new features will be added but I would like to ensure it stays supported and doesn’t fatal error in the foreseeable future.

    I have added Multi-site tests/compatibility to our development schedule for this plugin. We are open to code changes from the community and encourage it.

    I ran a quick test, I was able to network install this plugin but I didn’t network activate it.

    I went to my subsite’s dashboard and activated the plugin for a specific subsite and it works as intended. I am able to run imports for users on that subsite.

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for testing. When I had this plugin, I network-activated it and could see it in the plugin list of the primary site but not in the list of the subsite. It sounds like you have resolved this so I might try again with the updated version if my current plugin has issues.

    FYI, the other plugin that I now have installed of this one is only visible to Super-Admins, not regular Admins or even anyone given all capabilities listed by User Role Editor plugin. But it is visible in the plugin list that regular Admins can see. While that suits my scenario, I can imagine it not suiting most PMPro users who have the Network add-on. Not sure if you tested your plugin’s visibility for regular Admins on the subsite so I thought I’d mention it FYI.
