# Not loading properly

 * Hello! I was looking to purchase the pro version however I can’t even get the
   events calendar to work with my site. This is what it currently looks like [http://www.crossfitsofla.com/events/](http://www.crossfitsofla.com/events/)
   however if you refresh the page after it loads just fine. What is the issue and
   how can I fix it?

 * I have looked at your site and it loads the month view for me and the single 
   event there.
 * What are you seeing? Have you tried a different browser?

    here you can
   see what I see. I’ve tested on 2 computers and phone. They all do the same thing.

 * Actually I think it’s related to navigating from the event link on this page 
   that is causing the issue.

   happening.
 * First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugins.
   Once you’ve done that, will you please [follow the steps outlined in this article](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/)?
   This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict
   with the theme or other installed plugins.
