 * Hello,
 * I just downloaded GiveWP and it’s not working. Every time I visit the page it
   just keeps loading and won’t show the donation box. I have disabled all of my
   plugins, cleared my cache. I honestly don’t know what it is. Thank you!

 * When I visit the form iframe URL there’s an error message:
    [https://oppawtunity.org/give/general-fund?giveDonationFormInIframe=1](https://oppawtunity.org/give/general-fund?giveDonationFormInIframe=1)
 * The “There has been a critical error on this website.” message means that a PHP
   crashed somewhere on your site. This would have been recorded in your server 
   PHP error log file. Please send a copy of the error log file and we’ll be happy
   to investigate further.
 * Also, make sure the Donation Confirmation page is excluded from any type of cache.
   99% of the time we see this issue it’s related to cache.
