why do pictures with png format show white layer when these are supposed to be transparent?
For some reason NextGen doesn’t keep transparency on our png files, see here: http://www.symphonical.com/page/demo-nextgen-png-file-2/
Why is that so?
Also regarding thumbnails, I indicated that the size should be 300px width but they don’t show in that size in our blog, see: http://www.symphonical.com/page/page/2/ if you see some with 300px width they are being uploaded on the media library. Why is that so?
We indicated in NExtGen Option the thumbnail size we want to have and used the function “set as feature image”.
I tried to look in the forum to see if these questions were already answered but couldn’t find it within the first two pages. A search bar would be really nice to have to be able to find such answer and save you time. 🙂
