• Sadly I have not had a good experience with this plugin or the support, so I have removed it and will not be renewing my Premium subscription.

    I had various problems with setup, including having to disable a standard firewall rule to get part of it working and a plugin conflict. In both cases it was me who eventually tracked down the issues, not their support.

    But I think the main issues are (a) how convoluted it is to get relatively simple BOGO functionality running with groups of products, such as a whole brand or a product tag. ie. you can’t. You have to go through the whole routine for each product, or add them all to a Category, which causes other issues. And (b) it’s just not that intuitive for customers to require coupons, and auto-applying them is still quite complex.

    I’ve escalated this to our dev to review. We are aware there is a certain limitation on how our BOGO work at the moment and we are constantly working on improving it. 🙂
